When you register for a full conference pass you’ll have access to the whole Innovate experience. Events and activities Include

Attendees are responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation, and incidental expenses

Conference check-in and registration will take place near the Exhibit Hall Level meeting rooms near the Ballroom at the Huntington Convention Center.

Yes. The Huntington Convention Center is a public building, but Trimble Innovate Conference is a private event. Security will be stationed at the entrance points to the expo, socials, and meals. Only those with Trimble Innovate Conference badges will be allowed in.

Yes. If you have a balance due at the time of the conference, you will need to pay at the onsite registration desk. The registration desk accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash.

When registering for Trimble Innovate, please select the “check on the payment” page, and you will be emailed your invoice in your confirmation email. Please follow the instructions on the invoice for payment.

All attendee cancellations made and received by Trimble or its designee prior to 5:00 p.m. (PDT), April 15th, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (PDT), April 15th, 2024. Requests must be made in writing via email or mail as follows:

Trimble reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the Conference for any reason. In such event, any fees paid by Participant for the Conference will be automatically applied to the rescheduled Conference, if any. If Trimble elects not to reschedule the Conference, then all of Participant’s fees will be fully refunded, which refund will be Trimble’s sole liability to Participant, and Participant’s exclusive remedy, with respect to such cancellation. In no event will Trimble be liable for any damages that may be incurred by Participant relating to any such cancellation, postponement, or change of venue, including without limitation, airfare, travel and hotel expenses, cancellation penalties and any other expenses.

Registrations and payment for training must be received no later than April 1, 2024. Cancellations received prior to April 1, 2024, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after April 1, 2023, will receive training credit to be used by your organization within one year of cancellation. Substitutions may be made up through Friday, April 31, 2024, based on availability.
PLEASE NOTE: Course changes will not be allowed onsite. Contact us directly if you wish to arrange a cancellation or substitution.

You must be registered for the Trimble Innovate Conference to attend training.

You will receive a heavily discounted rate of $350. Acceptance as a presenter does not automatically register you for the event. You will need to register online using the discount registration code provided.

Parking is more convenient than ever with a direct connection to the 1,200-spot Huntington Park Garage. Conventioneers can comfortably locate our entrance through the enclosed walkway leading to the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and Center connector. The garage entrance is located on the North side of Lakeside Avenue (opposite to the Hilton) and payment stations are located near the walkway entrance doors or at the W. 3rd Street exit gate. The direct walkway connector is accessible on the ground floor of the garage, through the marked doors reading Convention Center, Hilton Hotel.

This event does not have a virtual component this year.
