eBCP Theories and Concepts of Business Analysis in the Real World	After completing this interactive course, learners will: Apply business analysis industry standards to daily responsibilities using a variety of data collection methods—recognizing when to make use of different theories, concepts, and perspectives to ensure the right questions are asked and the right people are in the room. Become proficient at managing expectations when collaborating with a variety of groups and organizations and determine how an audience will use the product and information. Gain insights on how to overcome resistance to adoption, learning to clearly communicate what is required for successful implementation and adoption. eBCP Train the Trainer	After completing this class, learners will: Be able to effectively communicate, provide an engaging presentation, and master delivery techniques critical to achieving a successful software training experience. eBCP Trimble e-Builder BA Techniques and Real Client Applications	After completing this interactive course, learners will: Show proficiency as business analysts by applying various implementation strategies and best practices used when bringing a Trimble e-Builder client online. Successfully collaborate with fellow attendees to create, configure, and test a structured workflow through role-playing and demonstrating various functionalities of the application. Participate in a team presentation of their final structured workflow by delivering a mock session to fulfill the training phase of implementation. EQUIPMENT NOTE: Attendees will need to bring a laptop. This course requires Trimble e-Builder access.
