The Structured Workflow course demonstrates the workflow development functionality in Trimble Unity Construct with real-world use cases so you have the skills to:

• Enable processes for testing and end-users

The Standard Reports and Dashboards course introduces administrators and project teams to embedded reports, enhanced report-generating functionality, and informative and actionable dashboards.

• Reports overview and creating new reports

• Process reports

• Dashboard overview and creating new dashboards

Users will learn advanced cost management features and best practices through use cases for program-level cost management within an organization. The course will examine business cases and provide hands-on exercises.

Advanced Cost Management topics include:

• Account-level cost management

• Standard funding configuration

• Account-level funding configuration and usage

• Dynamic cost management

• Dynamic cost processes and reporting

Master workflow design and development

Prerequisite Requirements:

• Structured Workflow Level 1

Building on Structured Workflow Level 1, administrators will learn advanced complex functionality available through workflow design and development. With real-world use cases, this course will leave you with the skills to:

• Create public processes

• Generate and test a spawn process

• Use of automation steps and mail merge

• Design a dynamic grid and apply to a process

• Apply advanced data field assignments

Create and import project schedules for your organization

• Standard Reports & Dashboards

This course is a beginning look into navigating the Schedule Module to create templates, import tasks, and learn about general schedule maintenance and reporting. Topics covered include:

• Schedule account settings and configuration

• Account and project templates and importing

• External scheduler (enabled vs. disabled)

• Schedule reports (samples of 3 common reports)

• An introduction to resource management with cost
