Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water) is recognized by ENR as the first agency to use the internet to collaborate during capital project delivery initiatives. Fast forward to today where WSSC Water still takes advantage of Trimble Unity Construct, a cloud-based water utility capital project delivery software to improve the different processes that must be managed to replace aging infrastructure and mitigate project risks.
